State-year PMFBY administrative records were downloaded from the National Crop Insurance Portal compendium. Farmer suicide data were extracted from NCRB Table 2A.3. Rainfall deviation was computed from IMD state-level annual departure data. Smallholder intensity and holding size from Agricultural Census interpolated across years. KCC penetration and indebtedness from RBI Basic Statistical Returns and NABARD NAFIS. Irrigation and land use from DES Ministry of Agriculture. All sources merged on State-Year key.
