Description

This dataset provides a source-attributed, matrix-resolved evidence map of pesticide-residue analytical-method performance in botanical foods and food-medicine matrices. It contains a 2,707-row provenance archive and a 2,704-record analytical dataset derived from nine primary studies and 26 harmonized matrix identifiers. The deposited research objects include the provenance archive, the matrix-resolved analytical dataset, a data dictionary, source-level summaries, leave-one-source-out robustness results, figure source data, and scripts for release validation and figure regeneration. Three provenance rows without a resolved pesticide identity are retained in the provenance archive but excluded from the 2,704-record analytical dataset. Missing pesticide identities and numerical values were not imputed. The dataset is intended to support source-aware, matrix-resolved interpretation of published validation evidence and pre-validation planning. It does not establish successful method transfer to an untested matrix or regulatory acceptance. An earlier 2,027-record dataset was published at https://doi.org/10.17632/nb3zgj2rnv.1. The present deposit is a newly curated, expanded, and re-audited research object supporting the current manuscript and should be used for the analyses reported there. The earlier DOI remains a separate historical research object.
