PD is the most prevalent movement condition and the second most frequent degenerative illness of the nervous system. James Parkinson identified PD in 1817 as a “Shaking Palsy,” a complicated progressive neurological illness. The most prevalent neurodegenerative movement condition is PD. PD was recorded in several individuals with constipation, sleep disturbances, a shuffling stride, bent posture, and resting tremors.4 Postural and gait abnormalities, together with movement dysfunction including bradykinesia, stiffness, and tremors, are hallmarks of PD. Sleep disturbances, cognitive decline, sadness, and exhaustion are examples of non-motor symptoms that dopaminergic drugs can bring on. A further sign of PD is the inability to multitask.
