Description

This dataset comprises 363 de-identified clinical consultation records from Emergency Medical Team (EMT) deployments responding to three flood cycles (2017, 2022, 2023) across three hamlets (Rowo Terate, Krajan Kidul, Kedung Banteng) of Sitiarjo Village, East Java, Indonesia. Records are coded per the WHO Emergency Medical Team Minimum Data Set (WHO EMT MDS, Ver. 2019) framework, including sex, age category, and 47 diagnostic/outcome/context categories. Patient names have been removed and replaced with sequential identifiers; no name-to-ID crosswalk is retained. The workbook includes a Read Me sheet (provenance and ethics approval reference), the analytic Data sheet, and a full Data Dictionary defining every variable and MDS code. This dataset underlies the sex-disaggregated statistical analysis reported in "Resilience Paradox: Gendered Health Vulnerability and Flood Adaptation in Coastal Indonesia" (submitted to Global Health Action).
