Description

The dataset reported data from CrowNet (https://canopyphotography.wordpress.com/crownet), a collaborative monitoring network , based on acquiring below-canopy continuous images using the time-lapse feature of standard digital trail cameras. Data were acquired in 20 forest stands in Italy under different management and environmental conditions, resulting in over 44,000 daily images collected over three years.
