Description

Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data obtained from the 532 Indian working adults working from home at that time. The data was used for understanding the following path - Family role engagement -> positive affect -> work role engagement -> work passion (harmonious/ obsessive) -> work-to-life integration (conflict/ enrichment)
