Steps to reproduce

To test 5 times the recommended dose of Phasmarhabditis, we applied 150 IJs/cm^2 to an enclosed arena filled with 25% UC soil mix 3 and 75% sunshine gro mix which was kept inside of an incubator at 20C and 15C on a day/night cycle. The snails were provided 2 Vinca minor plants within the arena. The number of dead snails were counted daily. The second set of data tested 30 IJs/cm^2, and 90 IJs/cm^2 using only P. californica. A smaller arena was used and the arenas were not placed in an incubator and instead were kept at room temperature. Detailed methods can be found in the corresponding publication.
