Mobile stroke unit based on rural emergency medical stations for pre-hospital intravenous thrombolysis of stroke in remote areas

This prospective study enrolled a total of 149 patients at the Suzhou First People's Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023. Collection of patient demographics, medical history, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores (admission, 24 hours, day 7), admission blood glucose, admission blood pressure, TOAST Classification, Onset to Needle Time (ONT), Door to Needle Time (DNT), and 90-day modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score. The rate of good clinical outcome at 90-day follow-up is defined as 0–1 points on the mRS.
