Assessment of susceptibility to homoeopathic medicines, miasmatic analysis, and documenting treatment outcomes in chronic rheumatological conditions: A multimethod research

This prospective study of 420 patients evaluated the STASH19 susceptibility tool, analyzed miasmatic profiles, and identified longitudinal predictors for homeopathic curative outcomes in chronic diseases. Conducted over six months, the research utilized baseline assessments like STASH19 and SMAT72, alongside monthly tracking tools such as ORIDL and PRATHoTv2. The findings revealed no significant correlation between STASH19 scores and physician-directed potency selection, highlighting a divergence between standardized psychometric tools and clinical heuristics. However, advanced clustering algorithms successfully identified Psora as the foundational miasmatic reactive load among the patients. Ultimately, the study concluded that successful homeopathic curative outcomes are fundamentally driven by targeted symptomatic resolution—specifically the patient's main complaint—and baseline miasmatic reactivity, rather than general well-being or sociodemographic variables.
