How Do Binus Students Respond to Healthy Catering Services
Description
This study aims to identify the needs and interest of Bina Nusantara University (Binus) students toward the healthy catering service Gotu Healthy. Data were collected through interviews and surveys involving 20–30 students living in boarding houses or apartments. The results show that 60% of students often eat out, and 80% consider the ideal price for a healthy meal to be around Rp30,000–Rp35,000 per portion. Additionally, 60% of respondents expressed interest in using a healthy catering service, with the main reasons being convenience, balanced nutrition, and affordability. This study supports Gotu Healthy’s mission to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in line with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
