Description
Dear Readers
I publish two articles from research in Indonesia. The first article discusses findings related to the humanistic approach of principals in the implementation of a program to strengthen character education in two Catholic Private Schools in Indonesia. The second article discusses the principal's strategy in developing national education policies in Indonesia. The development of this education policy is related to the application of the moral values of the lonto leok culture of the Manggarai community, West Flores, Eastern Indonesia in shaping the character of students. Besides that, it also discusses the principal's approach based on the lonto leok cultural teaching dimensions. The focus of developing educational policies is the integration of national character values with the cultural values of Lonto Leok culture.
