Female midshipman fish inner ear gene expression

Description

This project asks how expression of select genes differs between inner ear regions and seasons in female plainfin midshipman fish. Data were collected using Nanostring nCounter technology and are presented as both raw transcript counts and normalized transcript counts. The associated pdf file describes the rationale and data collection in more detail.
