Nefecon Combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

Description

This real word study was conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 1st to December 31st, 2025. Adult patients (≥18 years) with biopsy-proven primary IgAN within the previous 10 years, who received Nefecon 16 mg/day plus MMF 1.0–1.5 g/day in addition to optimized supportive therapy. Clinical data were recorded for up to 9 months.
