Steps to reproduce
Data was used from several sources, of which three from commercial data vendors that do not allow free sharing of the data. We included a detailed guide on how to process the data so that our results can be replicated. We also included three Rstudio routines, that perform the different methods in our paper. We included these files for one country (Korea) only, as the other seven countries work the same - just different input.
