Steps to reproduce
## Usage ```bash pip install -e . pytest -q # 6 regression tests jupyter lab notebooks/ ``` Each figure notebook has a `RECOMPUTE` flag. With `RECOMPUTE = False` (default) it loads the precomputed `.npz` files in `data/` and regenerates the figures immediately; with `RECOMPUTE = True` it recomputes from scratch (some sweeps take several minutes). Setting the environment variable `PZ_FAST=1` runs a fast, low-resolution smoke test that under-resolves the physics.
