Description

This dataset contains behavioral performance and pupilometry measurements collected from rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta) during a Pavlovian conditioning task. The data were used in the study "The orbitofrontal cortex underlies consolidation of Pavlovian anticipatory arousal responses in macaque monkeys." All analyses were conducted using MATLAB R2024b, and the dataset includes both the raw data and script files used to generate the study’s figures.
