Steps to reproduce

The steps required to replicate the empirical results are documented in the file Readme.pdf. All empirical analysis can be reproduced by running the Stata script Code.do, which loads and processes the raw data (Data subfolder), constructs the necessary variables, and performs baseline regressions, robustness checks, and additional analysis.
