This dataset is the result of a survey of 272 rehabilitation officers at the Narcotics Penitentiary in Sumatra, Indonesia. This dataset includes five research variables consisting of Proactive Personality, Supportive Supervision, Role Breadth Self-Efficacy, Change Orientation, dan Proactive Work Behavior.
