Perceptions and Barriers in Mental Health Services: A Systematic Review (2010–2025)

Description

This dataset contains the audit trail of the systematic review "Perceptions and Barriers in Mental Health Services: A Systematic Review (2010–2023)" (manuscript reference SSHO-D-25-04718, submitted to Social Sciences & Humanities Open, Elsevier). It documents the search, screening, data-extraction, and quality-appraisal procedures so that the review process can be independently inspected and reproduced. The files include the initial database search strategy and the 2024–2025 update, the screening records with reasons for exclusion, the data-extraction matrix integrating study characteristics and thematic coding, the quality appraisal of qualitative and quantitative studies using the JBI critical-appraisal instruments (expressed as the percentage of applicable items met), and the PRISMA flow diagram with the final corpus figures. No primary human-subject data were generated: all studies analysed are published articles cited in the reference list of the manuscript. File names are in Spanish (the working language of the research team); a README file describes the content of each file in English.
