Description

Prefix "HOLDER": STL files for 3D printed holders. The holders are best printed with an SLS 3D printer and accommodate spring connectors (5110/S-C-1.5N-AU-2.3 C, PTR Hartmann). There are two different types of device: static analyzer ("static") or flow injection analysis device ("FIA"). Each device comprise a top and bottom part. Prefix "PAPERELEC": paper-based electrode design. All cut lines are cut into the wax layers. For the laser-pyrolyzed electrodes, the black design are engraved (i.e. pyrolyzed), and the alignment holes cut. All design, both for the static and FIA devices are included in a single file. Prefix "CODE": (i) "CODE_microcontroller.ino.": arduino code for ATmega328P microcontroller. Embedded software to drive the smart reader. (ii) "CODE_GUI.py" Python3 code for the graphical user interface. Data from serial communication with the reader through USB communication.
