Description
Data collected for validation of the Russian version of the COPSOQ 3 questionnaire. It consists of two datasets. One was used for exploratory factor analisys (EFA) and the other one was used for confirmatory factor analisys.

Steps to reproduce
The target sample size was determined based on the total workforce across all departments of the participating organizations, as reflected in their official staffing records. All eligible employees (over 12,000) received invitations to participate in the online survey via corporate communication channels. This inclusive recruitment approach ensured representation across: hierarchical levels, functional departments, and geographic locations. Participation was voluntary, with no exclusion criteria applied beyond current employment status.
