Dataset for “Study of the influence of Er/Ln co-doping in La2O3 thin films on their up-conversion properties (where Ln = Ho or Nd)” This dataset includes information about the photo-reactivity of the precursor complexes, characterization of the samples and evaluation of the optical and luminescent properties of La2O3 thin films doped with Er and co-doped with Er/Ho and Er/Nd, synthesized by a solid state photochemical deposition method. - UV-Vis and FT-Infrared spectroscopy monitoring of the photo-reactivity of the precursor complexes - XRD data of the doped and undoped samples - XPS analysis data of the La2O3:Er films photo-deposited - Transmittance data and the band gap values of the samples doped and co-doped - Data of the up-conversion luminescence properties of the samples.
