This dataset contains the supplementary appendices accompanying the article submitted to Transport Policy. Included are: the complete bilingual survey instrument (Appendix A), semi‑structured interview protocols (Appendix B), scale development and validation documentation for the Symbolic Boundaries and Infrastructure Citizenship constructs (Appendix C), power analysis and sampling documentation (Appendix D), expanded joint display analysis (Appendix E), and full Discrete Choice Experiment design specifications (Appendix F).

Steps to reproduce

This dataset contains supplementary materials, not raw data. The steps to reproduce the study's findings are as follows: Survey data collection – The bilingual questionnaire and Discrete Choice Experiment design are provided in Appendix A and Appendix F. Scale validation – The development and psychometric validation of the Symbolic Boundaries and Infrastructure Citizenship scales are detailed in Appendix C. Power analysis – The a priori sample size calculation (G*Power 3.1) is documented in Appendix D. Qualitative interviews – The semi‑structured interview protocols are provided in Appendix B. Data integration – The joint display analysis linking quantitative segments and qualitative themes is presented in Appendix E. Raw participant data and analysis scripts are not included in this deposit. Researchers wishing to replicate the analysis may contact the corresponding author to discuss data access under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
