Fairborn Ohio drill core high resolution total gamma (API) log of Fort Ancient and Clarksville members of the Waynesville Formation
Description
This high-resolution total gamma (API) dataset from the Fort Ancient and Clarksville members of the Waynesville Formation (Late Ordovician, Katian) shows a shift from obliquity and precession dominance to increased influence from short eccentricity. Data were collected using a Core Labs gamma ray spectrometer using a version of the software "Gamma" which allows for ultra slow runs (available from Core Labs).

Steps to reproduce
These data are a total gamma ray (API) log collected at high resolution from a drill core from Fairborn Ohio (39.7784, -83.9651). Both the raw depth domain data and an obliquity tuned (time domain) version are included. The data were collected using a Core Labs gamma ray spectrometer with a version of the software "Gamma" which allows for ultra slow runs. The core is housed at the University of Cincinnati. The data encompass the Fort Ancient and Clarksville members of the Waynesville Formation (Late Ordovician, Katian). To reproduce these data, scan the Fort Ancient and Clarksville members using a Core Labs gamma ray spectrometer with the ultra-slow run version of the software "Gamma".
