Research and innovation funding actions in Greece, programming period 2014–2020: Partner-level financial data and performance indicators
Description
Harmonised partner-level dataset covering 22 publicly funded RDI actions and cycles in Greece (2014–2020), comprising 2,287 projects, 5,411 beneficiary records and 54,993 performance indicator records across 26 indicators. Data include financial information, beneficiary characteristics, RIS3 sectors, NUTS 2 regions, implementation dates, and target and achieved indicator values. Compiled from official administrative sources, the dataset was validated, harmonised, translated into English and pseudonymised. Missing values were not imputed, and provenance flags document the origin of reported and harmonised values.

Steps to reproduce
Administrative records for 22 RDI actions were obtained from OPS and GSRI/MIA-RTDI monitoring workbooks. Data were linked at project and partner level, cross-checked against source records, and harmonised by NUTS 2 region, beneficiary type, priority sector and indicator code. Quality checks covered identifier uniqueness, financial consistency and cross-table reconciliation. Proposal and MIS codes were replaced with pseudonymous identifiers before release. Data processing was performed in Python 3 (pandas, openpyxl).
