AI Time Savings by Role
Description
This dataset contains 7,226 rows estimating monthly hours returned and monthly value of time saved at full AI adoption by role archetype. The scenarios cover chatbot support, CRM workflows, agent workflows and receptionist work. Each row includes the page URL, metric, value and a basis field with the exact calculation and input assumptions. These are transparent projections from stated assumptions, not survey averages. The file is useful for workforce planning, productivity modelling and comparison of automation scenarios. A README provides method, column definitions, CC BY 4.0 licence and citation.

Steps to reproduce
We derived role-level estimates from Paloren's published tool scenarios. For each archetype we calculated monthly hours returned from monthly volume, minutes per item, and automated or assisted share. Monthly value multiplies hours by loaded hourly cost. Rows preserve the formula and assumptions in the basis field and do not include survey claims.
