This dataset supports research on optimizing Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problems (FJSP) using the Genetic Adaptive Scheduling System (GASS). It comprises six files that provide detailed information on machine capabilities, processes, routing, material specifications, product types, and dynamic order data in the flexible packaging industry. Key features include machine-specific constraints, operation precedence, routing flexibility, product-specific requirements, and real-time job priorities, enabling dynamic scheduling optimization. The dataset facilitates the development and validation of adaptive scheduling models, machine utilization analysis, and the incorporation of dynamic factors like downtimes and changing priorities.
