1) An expression matrix containing log2-transformed TPM values of mRNA from 76 desmoid tumors. The dataset includes samples from the CRYODESMO-01 clinical trial (CRYODESMO sub-cohort, n = 21) and Strasbourg University Hospital (DESMOTRANS sub-cohort, n = 55). 2) A DNA methylation matrix containing beta values obtained using the EPIC 850k panel, with standard probe filtering applied. The dataset includes 12 desmoid tumor samples from the CRYODESMO-01 clinical trial.
