Description

This comprehensive dataset compiles information on volatile compounds extracted from 160 botanicals widely used in the gin industry. It provides references for these compounds, along with a table linking botanicals to shared volatile compounds, aroma descriptors, and CAS numbers. The dataset also includes a matrix showing shared volatile compound quantities among botanicals and incorporates ingredients from 30 commercial gin recipes.
