Description

3 time point study of D-cycloserine's effect on brain connectivity for patients with COPD over a course of pulmonary rehabilitation. Baseline, during pulmonary rehabilitation and after 4 doses of drug/placebo and following the completion of the course. Diffusion weighted imaging collected for 5 regions of interest.
