Description

This dataset contains 874 sequences of transcripts considered complete molecules. These transcripts were generated and sequenced according to the procedure: Iso-Seq™ Template preparation for Sequel® Systems (PacBio). The RNA samples were derived from logarithmic phase promastigotes of the JPCM5 strain of Leishmania infantum. The transcripts represent complete sequences because they had at their 5’-end at least 8 nucleotides derived from the 3’ end of the spliced-leader (SL) sequence, and a poly-A at their 3’-end. These sequence elements were trimmed out.
