Dataset includes: - spreadsheets with integrated actin intensity as a function of position in the axon for all images associated with this publication - spreadsheets with distribution of filopodia (number, length, branch order) for all images associated with this publication - all specialized software that was used to extract the parameters reported in the publication (including PCA, actin peak position and second moments, wavelet analysis, Jensen-Shannon metric, etc.).
