Description

Sheet 1: Original EWIF results at subregion-level. Sheet 2: Every county in the contiguous U.S. is assigned to one subregion and one BA using ArcMap software. The geographic centroids of counties are used to determine which subregion each county belongs to. Sheet 3: EWIF values before and after incorporating electricity transfers. Sheet 4: County-level SWI values. Sheet 5: County-level AWARE CF values.
