Dataset supporting the manuscript: Spatiotemporal targeting of the intercellular circMagi1-Trim65-Anxa2 axis restores angiogenesis after ischemic stroke
Description
This dataset contains the comprehensive multi-omics and molecular validation data supporting the manuscript titled "Engineered dual-targeting exosomes for spatially coordinated regulation of circMagi1 and Trim65". The data is organized into four sections to elucidate the therapeutic mechanism of dual-targeting engineered exosomes in ischemic stroke: 1. Human Plasma Screening: Expression matrices identifying upregulated circMagi1 in exosomes from stroke patients. 2. Single-cell Profiling (scRNA-seq): Transcriptomic landscape of the mouse ischemic cortex, highlighting cell-type-specific responses to exosome therapy. 3. Interactome Analysis (RAP & RIP): Mass spectrometry and immunoprecipitation data validating the specific binding of circMagi1 to Anxa2 and other proteins.
