This dataset supports the manuscript “Fuel Price Shock Resilience in Philippine Air Transport: A Reproducible Airport-Month Analysis and a Prospective CVaR Decision Framework.” It contains the processed Philippine airport-month analytical panel, source-provenance records, data dictionary, sample-construction audit, source manifest and checksums, model outputs, timing and influence diagnostics, supplementary tables, and processing code. The empirical package supports the completed airport-month analysis. The CVaR framework is prospective; no calibrated optimization code, scenario set, or optimal portfolio is included.
