SDS–PAGE analysis of the NLRP3-PTC43
Description
This dataset contains raw and uncropped SDS-PAGE gel images used to assess the expression, purification, and molecular weight of proteins reported in this study. The gels were performed to evaluate protein purity and integrity following purification steps. Molecular weight markers are shown on the left side of each gel image. All images are original, unprocessed data used for the quantitative and qualitative assessment of protein samples described in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce
Protein samples were expressed and purified using standard recombinant protein expression protocols. Purified fractions were analyzed by SDS-PAGE under denaturing conditions. Gels were stained and imaged using standard imaging systems. Molecular weight markers were included for size estimation.
