The data include the average of runoff and sediment yield, runoff rate, sediment yield, and hydrodynamic parameters of grass and biocrusts under the same coverage. According to the above data, the runoff and sediment reduction efficiencies of grass and biocrust slopes and the coefficient of variation of reduction benefit were also calculated.
