The aim of this study was to fabricate collagen-based scaffolds that would be suitable as substrates for in vitro cell cultures. Collagen type I was used as biopolymer. Solvent based on DMSO/PBS was used. Glycerol and surface-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes were used as modifiers. Materials were obtained in a form of hydrogel foils. Evaluation of morphology, cytotoxicity, as well as physicochemical properties was conducted.
