Dataset and Source Code for calculating CCAI

Description

This repository accompanies the manuscript: "Development of Quantitative Indices for Evaluating the Non-uniform Coloration of Peach Skin Using Color-clustered Digital Images", under review. This repository contains the images, physicochemical property of the fruits and source code used in the CCAI calculation presented in the above publication. The purpose of this repository is to ensure reproducibility of the results reported in the paper.
