DATA GECKOS

Description

This dataset contains the data and R scripts used to evaluate thermal ecology in three Phyllodactylus gecko species (P. lanei, P. delcampoi, and P. ngiwa) from contrasting thermal environments in Mexico. The dataset includes measurements of body temperature (Tb), selected temperatures (Tsel), critical thermal limits (CTmin and CTmax), operative temperatures (Te), and the datasets used for statistical analyses. These files support the evaluation of behavioral buffering and thermal adaptation under the framework of the Bogert effect. The repository also includes the R scripts used for data processing, statistical modeling, and visualization.
