Processed Vessel Quantification Data

Description

This dataset contains the area of vessels traced within Bijel-Templated Material (BTM) and within Particle-Templated Material (PTM) implants sorted in 200 micrometer bins from the implant boundary. Vessel area was normalized by dividing vessel area by the total tissue area of each 200 micrometer bin for each corresponding implant. Additionally, this dataset contains the total vessel area in all mice per 200 micrometer bin from the implant boundary calculated per implant type.
