Description

The replication of the network-related analyses in this study relies on Python. The codes used to reproduce Figures 2 to Figures 7 are provided in the folder “\data\prepare\code”. It should be noted that the raw data used in this study consist of two original datasets, namely “全国各地区-经纬度数据.xlsx” and “省市县数字核心关键技术数据.xlsx”. Prior to reproducing the figures and tables reported in the paper, the script “01prepare.py” should be executed first, followed sequentially by “02...”, “03...”, “04...”, “05...”, and “06...”. To reproduce the results reported in Table 1, the corresponding Stata do-file can be executed directly in Stata.
