Repository containing all data, code and CAD designs used in findings reported in "Silicon Optoelectronic Device Geometries for Maximizing Photocurrent and Flexibility " publication. In particular this includes: -Raw data from 3-point bending tests -Raw data from Patch Clamp measurements of the photocurrents -ECG recordings of ex vivo heart -Code used to analyze Patch Clamp measurements and extract total maximum photocurrent and Faradaic photocurrent -CAD designs of all geometries used in FEA modelling -GDS files of photomasks used to fabricate devices reported in the paper
