We examined the lithology, sedimentary structure, and chronology in two sediment cores collected from the southeast coastal plain of Hangzhou Bay, aiming at the infilling history fo the palaeo-Ningbo Bay during the early to mid-Holocene transgression. We share the original data of grain size in one sediment core CC here. Other data are included in the manuscript.
