Description

This data pertains to the study focuses on the cognitive and relational dimensions of the buyer experience in the e-marketplaces context and targets to develop and validate a platform experience (PLX) scale measuring the cognitive and relational experiential state of customers. Based on the scale development procedures employed in the literature, as a result of a five-staged study, a four-dimensional buyer PLX scale was developed and validated.
