The data is divided into two parts. The first part, named 00.CleanData, consists of the raw gut microbiome data of Coptodon zillii from different seasonal populations in the Shuikou Reservoir of the Minjiang River, China. The second part, named 01.CleanData, comprises the raw gut microbiome data of Coptodon zillii populations from five major river systems in China.
