Description
Dwujęzyczny, ustrukturyzowany zestaw danych wspierający porównywanie ofert i zarządzanie ryzykiem w inwestycjach obejmujących hale łukowe. Zasób zawiera 60 kryteriów pogrupowanych w 12 obszarów oraz 50 typowych ryzyk inwestycyjnych. Kryteria opisują oczekiwane dowody, domyślne wagi, znaczenie krytyczne i powiązania z kontrolowanym słownikiem. Rejestr ryzyk obejmuje przyczyny, skutki, sygnały ostrzegawcze, działania, role właścicieli oraz ilustracyjne oceny prawdopodobieństwa i wpływu. Dołączony arkusz XLSX pozwala dostosować wagi, ocenić trzy oferty w skali 0-5 i prowadzić projektowy rejestr ryzyk. Dane przykładowe są syntetyczne. Steps to reproduce
Open the file macierz-oceny-ofert-hal-lukowych.xlsx. Review the Instrukcja and Skale worksheets before entering project-specific data. In the Ocena ofert worksheet, adapt the criterion weights before scoring the offers. Replace the synthetic scores for Oferta A, Oferta B and Oferta C with evidence-based values from 0 to 5. Record the supporting document or explanation in the comments column. Review every criterion marked as critical independently from the total weighted score. A high total score does not automatically compensate for a failed critical requirement. In the Rejestr ryzyk worksheet, reassess probability and impact from 1 to 5, assign a risk owner, update the status and record project-specific preventive and response actions. Preserve the CR-xxx criterion identifiers and RK-xxx risk identifiers when exporting, filtering or joining the data. The example scores and default risk values are synthetic and must not be interpreted as an evaluation of real suppliers, products or construction projects. When reusing the files, cite the Mendeley Data DOI, the dataset version and indicate any modifications.
