This dataset contains structured survey responses collected from welders across multiple engineering workshops in Bangladesh during 2022. The survey captured detailed information on worker demographics, welding experience, daily work conditions, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and a range of self-reported health symptoms such as headaches, eye burning, sleep disorders, and breathing issues. The dataset consists of 300+ entries with 27 variables and was curated to support research in occupational health, industrial safety, and labor conditions in low- and middle-income countries. This dataset can be used for statistical analysis, policy design, or machine learning applications related to worker health risk assessment.
