Steps to reproduce

Unzip the archive and create a Python environment with Python 3.10 or later. Install the dependencies listed in the package. From the archive root, run: python scripts/reproduce_all_tables.py python scripts/compare_reproduced_tables.py --tolerance 1e-3 python scripts/verify_reported_tables.py python scripts/validate_end_to_end.py python scripts/validate_package.py python scripts/validate_checksums.py pytest -q The archive includes the LaTeX source, Python source, reported CSV outputs, metadata, checksums and supplementary figures needed to audit the manuscript tables.
