Rice Flower Opening Time and Sunlight Intensity: Natural Light and Experimental Shading Experiment.

This is the first record of Day Light Intensity (in Lux) at Anthesis of 420 Rice Landraces. This is also the first experimental evidence of change in first flowering time under shade. Records of flower opening time, closing time, and the sunrise-to-anthesis duration, under natural solar illuminance at and under Experimental Shading are provided in this file.

Steps to reproduce

Direct field recording of the time of flower opening (FOT), closing (FCT), sunrise-to-anthesis duration (SAD) and sunlight intensity at FOT, of 420 landrace populations under natural condition and under experimental shading.
